

ROV/UTV Operator Course [Driving Session #2]

| Free**CLASSROOM: ALL trainees need to attend this portion on Tuesday November 4, 9am-3pm for lecture and ATV inspection.You are registering on here for your driving session (2nd class day).
Mandatory equipment: (Failure to bring these items will result in you not being able to take the class)
- Helmet- (DOT or SNELL approved) (must provide at least ¾ protection, covering the back of your head and ears)
- Goggles or face shield
- Over the ankle boots
- Long Sleeve Shirt- no short sleeve shirts
- Pants- no shorts
- Riding gloves
- Operational UTV
(Each operator will need their own UTV, the class is not setup for sharing an UTV. Pre-ride Inspection will be performed prior to start of class)

- A steering wheel for steering contrail.
- Foot controls for the throttle and service brake.
- Non-straddling seating.
- Minimum speed capability greater than 30 mph.
- Gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) no greater than 3750 lbs. (1700 kg).
- Engine displacement equal to or less than 1,000cc (61 cubic inch) for gasoline engines.
- Identification by means of a 17 character PIN or VIN number.
- Roll Over Protection System (ROPS)
- Seat belts
DRIVING PORTION: will be 4 hours and each operator will only need to attend one driving session.
- Session #1: November 5, 8am-12pm
- Session #2 (this session): November 5, 1pm-5pm
- Session #3: November 6, 8am-12pm
- Session #4: November 6, 1pm-5pm
