PROACTIVE POLICE SUPERVISION

This three day course, provided by Connell Consulting, LLC, is designed for Sergeants and Lieutenants assigned as patrol supervisors.  This course focuses on the operational aspects of first line supervision with special emphasis on those likely supervisory challenges one may expect to encounter.  It fuses the actual practice of Law Enforcement with its theoretical foundation by integrating relevant New Jersey case law, court rules, statutory law and Attorney General Guidelines.
