This class will provide a foundation of financial crimes investigative methods and trends utilized to engage in the crimes of theft by deception, embezzlement, counterfeit checks, credit card fraud, identity theft, elder fraud, contractor fraud, cryptocurrency, and money laundering.

This class is geared toward both patrol officers and detectives. During the class, case studies and hands-on practical exercises will be presented to ensure law enforcement professionals understand the proper application of both statutes and investigative methods.
