The legalization of marijuana has created a new challenge for law enforcement officers: investigating driving while under the influence of cannabis. Drugged driving indicators are different than those of driving under the influence of alcohol.

This one-day class is designed to give officers a comprehensive overview of the signs, symptoms, indicators, and roadside tests that can help an officer determine if a driver is under the influence of cannabis. Officers will also get an overview of basic DWI case law, as well as a review of recent DWI decisions.
