• Presentation: Developing a proper index
• Sight Confirmations/ Trigger method based on Target qualification
• Understanding dot behavior
• Associated drills, Movement and Burn in drills.
• Malfunction Brief
• Peer Coaching Throughout (Teach Backs)

• Phone for recording during Peer to Peer coaching
