DESCRIPTION:This program will give officers an overview of drugged driving and when they should contact a DRE. \nThe legalization of marijuana has created a new challenge for law enforcement officers: investigating driving while under the influence of cannabis. Drugged driving indicators are different than those of driving under the influence of alcohol. \nThis one-day class is designed to give officers a comprehensive overview of the signs\, symptoms\, indicators\, and roadside tests that can help an officer determine if a driver is under the influence of cannabis.
