SUMMARY:(Rescheduled) Critical Incident Management: The Supervisors Role in Managing High Risk Operations (AM & PM Sessions)
DESCRIPTION:Ocean County Depts. Only \nThis training is rescheduled from an earlier date of March 14\, 2017.  Those previously registered will be notified via email of this date change. \nThe Ocean County Regional SWAT Team will be instructing *Two (2) 3-hour training blocks on proven strategies to recognize and resolve critical incidents for local agencies. This course is designed to inform and prepare officers\, especially supervisors and OICs\, in the handling of potentially life-threatening incidents. The main objective is to identify the difference between situations that can be resolved at the agency level and when notifications to the SWAT Team are needed. Discussion will include agency responsibilities prior to notification of SWAT\, during and post incident.
